Xerochem provides independent advisory services focused on identifying and designing reuse, recycling, and secondary-materials pathways for complex chemical byproducts.
Our work includes evaluating opportunities such as:
• Extended-use and virgin-product substitution models
• Secondary-materials market identification and outlet development
• Repurposing pathways where material streams may serve as raw inputs for qualified downstream applications
• Technical feasibility screening for advanced treatment or recovery methodologies
In addition, Xerochem advises on lifecycle-optimized logistics strategies — including intermodal and rail-based routing models — working exclusively through client-approved carriers and downstream partners.
Xerochem works with advanced manufacturing organizations where complex chemical byproducts intersect with regulatory, operational, and sustainability challenges. Our experience spans sectors including microelectronics and semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical and specialty chemical production, agriculture-related processing, and other high-purity or high-complexity industrial environments.
Xerochem structures engagements as advisory programs designed to align with client objectives and material complexity.
Initial evaluations are often performed with minimal upfront cost. In certain cases, third-party laboratory analysis or documentation development may be required and is billed as part of the overall advisory engagement.
For full engagements, Xerochem is compensated through advisory and program-management fees structured to reflect scope, technical complexity, and long-term value delivered. Fee structures vary by client and are defined transparently at the outset of each engagement.
Xerochem does not provide disposal services and does not take title to, transport, store, or treat client materials.
Our role is strictly advisory. We design reuse and secondary-materials strategies and coordinate with client-approved disposal and logistics providers where traditional destruction pathways remain necessary.
Xerochem has been in business since 2025 with senior leadership having more than 25+ years experience in both traditional hazardous waste disposal as well as beneficial reuse and recycling.
Xerochem is most fulfilled by helping organizations reframe how they view chemical byproducts — shifting from end-of-pipe disposal to strategic material architecture.
By applying deep industry experience and an independent advisory perspective, we uncover reuse and recovery pathways that are routinely overlooked by traditional service models. The result is durable value creation for our clients and long-term partnerships built on trust, objectivity, and aligned outcomes.
